Safir Kreatif (“we”, “us”) is an advertising agency based at İzzetpaşa Mah. Gürün Cad. No.1 D.3, Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Contact enquiries. When you write to us through the contact form on this website or by email, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. We use this only to answer you and, if we begin working together, to administer that relationship.

Website usage. This website runs on our own server. Standard web server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — are recorded for security and troubleshooting.

Data we handle on behalf of our clients

As an advertising agency we operate advertising accounts that belong to our clients, including Google Ads and Meta ad accounts. Access to those accounts is granted to us by the client.

We also use internal software, built on the Google Ads API and the Meta Marketing API, to read performance data from those accounts and to carry out routine campaign management. These tools are used only by Safir Kreatif employees. They are not products: they are not sold, licensed or made available to clients or to the public, and they have no public interface or user registration.

Data retrieved through these APIs is used solely to manage and report on the campaigns of the account it came from. It is shown only to the responsible account manager. It is not sold, rented, shared with third parties, used for advertising unrelated to that client, or transferred to any external database.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact enquiries on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, and campaign data for the duration of the client relationship plus any period required by Turkish tax and commercial law.

Your rights

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.

Cookies
