This page explains how to ask Safir Kreatif to delete data associated with you, and how to withdraw the access that allows us to hold it. It covers both this website and the internal software we use to manage advertising accounts, including the tools we build on the Meta Marketing API and the Google Ads API.

What we hold

Enquiries sent to us. If you contacted us through this website or by email, we hold the name, email address, phone number and message you sent.

Advertising account data. As an advertising agency we work inside advertising accounts that belong to our clients. Our internal tools read campaign and performance data from those accounts through the Meta Marketing API and the Google Ads API. This software is used only by Safir Kreatif employees. It is not a product: it has no public interface, no user registration and no accounts of its own, so there is no login for us to delete. The data it reads stays with the advertising platform and with the client who owns the account; we do not copy it into any external database.

How to request deletion

Write to [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request and tell us:

  • your name and the email address or phone number you contacted us from;
  • if your request concerns an advertising account, the name of the business and the account concerned;
  • what you would like deleted.

We will confirm receipt and complete the request within 30 days, which is the period set by Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698. If part of a record must be kept — for example an invoice that Turkish tax and commercial law requires us to retain — we will tell you which part and why.

Withdrawing our access to an advertising account

If you are a client and you want our access to stop immediately, you can remove it yourself, without waiting for us:

  • Meta. Open Meta Business Suite, go to Settings, then Partners or People, find Safir Kreatif and remove the assigned assets. You can also review connected business tools at facebook.com/settings under Business Integrations.
  • Google Ads. Open Admin, then Access and security, find the Safir Kreatif manager account or user and remove it.

Once access is removed our tools can no longer read anything from that account.
